MONET IZABETH ELIASTAM
After spending most of her childhood just outside of Boston, Monet moved to South Africa at the age of thirteen. Living in Johannesburg sparked an insatiable urge to travel and experience new cultures––when she moved back to the US three years later, Monet was inspired to take a whirlwind of a gap year between high school and college. For eight months, she traveled independently through Australia, Asia, and Europe. When Monet returned home, she settled down in New York City at Barnard College of Columbia University. During her time at Barnard, Monet interned as a production assistant at Saturday Night Live and the commercial production company, Hungry Man. In February 2013, she graduated magna cum laude with a BA in film studies. Monet currently lives in Wayland, MA. |
